A gentle meditation on loneliness, isolation and depression, seen through the eyes of our household pets. Using everyday domestic scenes alongside the anthropomorphic power of an animal subject, the project uses the symbolism of a caged or trapped small animal to show that we are not alone. It hopes to offer support and understanding to those who struggle to articulate these challenging emotional problems. Whilst much has been said and shown about mental health, this series hope to present these problems in a fresh and engaging way, and encourage others to express how they are feeling.
