    From March 3 to April 14, Federal deputies had a free pass to change their party without running the risk of losing their mandate for party infidelity. Electing a new deputy has a major impact on the money transfer through party fund for the next four years and on a possible election fund in 2020 and 2022. Turncoats is a simple and independently-made, data visualization that shows the economic impacts of this party swap, placing a value on each Congressman's "pass".
