The letter “F” is formed inside the triangular shape of the design which represents the letter “D” and the symbolic shape of a flag. In recognition to Finkelstein’s Jewish heritage, the shape of the “flag or D” is the proportion of a point or corner of the Star of David. The overall appearance of the design emphasizes motion, focus and athleticism and is designed in a simple form that is easily identifiable.
