Siesta Rosa

It's a book cover design my children’s story Siesta Rosa. In short, Roselyn worked patrol among the grass and trees as the apprentice of the forest keeper. However, things changed when the current forest keeper, asked her to wake up the roses in the deep forest where Roselyn has never been. Before that mission, Roselyn has never thought these wild roses would open their petals and stare at her. She never thought they would talk back to her. There, Roselyn found a whole spiritual world inside that rose field, but also the mysterious relation of the animals’ life path and the roses.

Wenqian Wu, an illustrator mainly focused on children's illustration and pattern design. My artworks usually in the midpoint of reality and fantasy. Through my works, my want to bring out the story my inner garden for people to chill out and appreciate.
