    The house-studio perches in a fishermen's neighbourhood, on the sunny side of the open beach of Bolnuevo, orienting all the main areas towards them. The house-studio discards the surroundings new façades, detached from the Mediterranean fishing village where it was born, thus attending the manifesto proposed in the Davos Declaration 2018. The house-studio is based on the foundations of sustainability and local materials that allow the connection of the house with the place to which it belongs, giving it that identity so necessary in contemporary constructions.
