    The rhythm of t public facilities space design is based on the idea of water. As the metaphor of time and traffic creates the imagery of transparency and reflection of flow movement. Just like water is a recyclable resource, Wood and stainless steel are major materials to carry out the design concept which are also 100% recyclable. With environmental sustainability in mind, the designer chose light-colored walls to save energy consumption by requiring less interior lighting and chose locally designed and produced tiles on all the floorings and walls to reduce the carbon footprint.
