    The project is a condominium building located in Beitou, a historical district in Taipei. Inspired by the historic background of local culture, the hot spring resort ambiance was brought into the public space design. The designer preserved two locally manufactured scored tiles panels from the old facade as decorative artworks and reminders of the village's history. One panel is on the wall in front of the first-floor elevator, and the other is on the roof garden which symbolizes the inheritance of learning from the past.
