    House in Troyck

    Residential family house was built in 2021 on a 4000 m² plot of timberland in the old writer`s colony near Desna river. Troyck is the edge city of Moscow. The house was designed for ten people, all family members (three generations), under close architectural supervision from senior generation. Rural way of life calls for careful preservation of the land. All old and fine trees were taken care of. The building footprint was moved very close to the western corner of the plot to ensure best visual perspectives from inside the house. Landscaping included additional tree-planting, decorative path.
