    We expertly utilized porcelain tile material, which attractively offers privacy in chosen locations as asked. The lobby area was seamlessly integrated with the landscape thanks to clear floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, which the Memar design team used to satisfy our client's request. This outdoor space has a waterfall that drops from the ground floor cantilever to feel like a natural private extension of the villa's interior. This water feature provides the soothing sounds of flowing water. We used porcelain tiles in the exterior building instead of natural stone as they retain heat well.
