    The Carat was perfectly content with the newlyweds’ light-filled apartment near the Kun Iam Ecumenical Center by the sea. The homeowner has a passion for his new residence and was canny about the potential in small spaces. The apartment is designed as a series of dark and stylish, with the designer Eric and his team implementing different materials such as cement plastered walls, dark grain wooden furniture, glass, hidden doors and storage throughout to make the best use of limited space and light.
