    A place with life force of nature A new factory, cafe, and shop were built in the city as a new development of the traditional local food 'oyaki' shop made from baked wheat in local vegetables. The concept are 1 Memories of the earth. / Genius loci 2 Local natural materials and traditional techniques. 3 Making process: collaboration with design and craftsmanship. 4 Uplift and connect to the earth   5?Movement as a Life. The two circles representing the factory/region and the cafe/society. The arc-shaped roof resonates with the surrounding beautiful mountains in Nagano.
