    I was discussing photography with a tour guide. He understood the need to document our travels. But he did not understand people who spend all day looking through a camera's viewfinder. I do a lot of street photography when I travel. I'm not always looking through my camera's viewfinder. But I do look at people as if I were going to photograph them. I think it helps me see things that other folks miss. This portfolio includes some of my images.
