    A permanent sales gallery prototype design to be implemented to several of the residential developments in different Chinese cities. Client wanted to convey the future of housing where life is empowered by technology. It is also our hack to achieve quality, cost and time for a permanent structure. A reflective anodized aluminium skin drapes the exterior. It mirrors the time of day, a smile of an unsuspecting passer-by, the seasons and the fleeting and ever-changing Chinese suburb. It aspires to envision the future but certainly is anchored to the present and engages the everyday.
