    It is a 23-storey mixed-use residential development in Sham Shui Po providing 58 units and high quality recreational facility, covered landscape and commercial spaces for the high-dense district. The design attempts to put the building in harmony with the district’s history as the light-industry hub and the new urban lifestyles emerging from Sham Shui Po's cultural and characterful streets. The articulated monotone façade creates a sense of vintage chic by using multiple materials including stone pattern printed glass claddings, metal claddings and low-e glass.
