Triumph of nature

Over the years of evolution, humanity began to consider itself omnipotent, capable of transforming all space into orthogonal grids with the purpose of control. This installation is my attempt to show the power of nature as evidence that people will always be inferior to nature in influence on the environment. A closed ecosystem that grows inside the space of a glass cube over time absorbs concrete blocks derived from human activity, asserting its own power. This small architectural form reflects the existing context around MoMA where there is no place for freely growing nature
