I made a series of illustrations for an orchestra, intertwining instrumental compositions imbued with Slavic folk motifs into a visual story about awakening at the end of winter, dreaming about a mystical world, seeking happiness and finally opening to love as a life force even in modern times. I selected 4 illustrations for the competition. The illustrations are made using a combination of traditional techniques and then digitally processed. The entire series will be presented in a concert booklet with links to visualised tracks.
