    Nanxiang Hongxing Factory Park Renovation Project

    The project is located in Nanxiang Town, Shanghai, China, with an existing land area of 12,249 square meters. The factory was built in the 1970s with outdated building facilities. Previously, the factory had a poor overall image, low rental income, incomplete supporting facilities, and prominent safety hazards. We use the concept of digital matrix, combined with the form of Hongyi archive storage shelves, to echo the building facade and the concept of matrix. While respecting the original site style to the greatest extent, the facade and functions were upgraded again.
