    The project site is a high-traffic area now relieved by an extension. Large areas were ceded for this, rebuildable from the second floor. The building has a dual appearance: aluminum on the front and greenery on the back. Corridors are above the bicycle path, and a greened playground is on top, maximizing space. The building includes office units, commercial spaces, and 34 apartments. Car-sharing vehicles are provided. The bicycle infrastructure includes parking on the ground floor and basement, with a bike elevator. Preserving the existing structure avoided additional resource consumption.
