Swire Properties focuses on sustainability and community, incorporating reclaimed materials and local heritage into the design. The project prioritizes employee health, utilizing multifunctional interiors and technology to enhance work environments. It's the first office in northwest China to earn WELL Platinum Certification, recycling 10.52 tons of waste, which is equivalent to planting 77.3 mature trees.
