    Set on a hidden hillside, Barenhaus is a shadow against the forest. An Austrian alpine inspired long house designed for entertainment features a grand center hallway that doubles as an art gallery. The residence consists of three levels joined by a floating steel staircase to take advantage of the topography. Steel ceiling fixtures heighten the character, extending visual interest upwards. The most iconic feature of Barenhaus is its 1,200lb chimney cap on the double-sided fireplace connecting the great room and outdoor patio. Barenhaus is elicits emotion and is a showstopper.
