    This project is located in the southeast corner of the ground floor of CapitaLand Plaza on the East Fourth Ring Road in Beijing. It is the best location in the commercial complex and has a prominent show window along the street. Despite the triangular layout, even early in the design process, we realized that there would be both challenges and opportunities. The concept of this store combines brand value and commercial activities, aiming to create an urban entry lux-day coffee and night wine business model and endow a new glamour to urban life through the integration of tea and wine.
