    This project transforms an existing parking structure in Los Angeles into dynamic student housing, addressing the isolation of traditional dormitories. The design introduces a vertical community concept with interconnected public spaces, fostering interaction and a sense of belonging. By replacing a monolithic approach with a porous, block-style layout, it maximizes shared open spaces while maintaining a human scale. This adaptive reuse project repurposes underutilized infrastructure, blending sustainability, community engagement, and innovative design to enhance urban student living.
