    As a gathering venue and a vacation home for several homeowners, the project was the refurbishment of an old two-story house and transformed into a three-story private club. The designer precisely configured each suite of equal size and developed the concept of "a calming, relaxing space as a sanctuary" for the project. The designer applied eco-friendly latex paint, mineral wall coating, modular furniture without wood dust, and calcium silicate of low formaldehyde to finish this healthy and non-toxic vacation home.
