This artwork is a collage composed of countless pieces of fabric marked with letters and traces painted using the soles of my feet. The shape of the canvas is designed with an awareness of order and strength, reminiscent of architectural structures rising from the ground. I have named this series [Shoe-Shaped Canvas]. For me, art is about observing the stability that exists between opposing elements—order and chaos, severance and acceptance. The letters painted with the soles of my feet include [ACOLYTE] and [WATER] in Roman letters, as well as [Love] and [Cat] in Kanji.
