    The project creates spatial sequences based on an architectural program that meets user needs. Program elements were organized by privacy and sequence, with two levels centered around the main staircase and central connecting space, which illuminates adjacent areas using the voids between floors. Light-toned natural materials enhance warmth, air quality, and comfort. GC’s automation project programs environments to save energy, optimize operation, and enhance comfort through lighting, sound, blinds, heating, and CCTV control.
