In operation for over 20 years, "Dubuque...and all that Jazz" is hosted by the Dubuque Main Street economic and cultural entity. This event has brought some of the nations top Jazz entertainers to the stage, holding from one to four events during the summer in Dubuque, Iowa. The stage is set under the Town Clock and near the Dubuque County Courthouse (covered in gold leaf on the roof tower), which is the subject of this aerial photo. Taken at dusk with sunset on the background, and lighting both the clock and the gold tower, the people celebrating the event are in the courtyard.
