    The clue is in the name. Every architect wants to bring out the Robinson Crusoe in them and this is what we were asked to do on Coconut Island off the east coast of Phuket. Thailand has long been the destination of backpackers intent on discovering Asian tropical island life. With the aim of perpetuating those desires we were tasked by Burasari to create a destination island resort that evokes all the grit and romance of those youthful adventurers yet transports the experience fully into the 21st century and provides unrivalled comfort, luxury and amenity.
