Louie KR.ONE Gasparro 5POINTZ.

I made this short documentary on Louie (KR.ONE) Gasparro while on my travels to New York. I was eager to visit 5Pointz as it was rumoured it could be torn down. This is where I met Louie and I was inspired to share his passion for graffiti. He shared with me what 5Pointz means to him personally, what it means to those in the local community and also to artists worldwide.

It's heartbreaking to know that it's gone, it was also a safe and legal place to showcase art and creativity.

Bio
I am a seasoned professional Digital Media Artist with a wide variety of experience in the Motion and Still picture industry and with a background in Fine Arts. Having diverse roles in the film and television industries throughout Australia and the USA has given me a strong foundation, aesthetically, technically and culturally.
I have exhibited my still images in Sydney & New York.

I have worked on several independent films as cinematographer and was involved closely with the Producer a nd Director projects on as camera assistant on Mel Gibson “Hacksaw Ridge” and "Mary Poppins Returns
