    The project is located in Huanghua City, Hebei Province and is part of the mass art park. The image is a diamond shape with 28 sides. It is located by the river of the park and complements the river. A series of stairs and platforms are used to form the atrium, and the corner of the building overhang is skillfully used to form a continuous change between the leisure area in the outer and the reading area in the inner. The top floor digests the functional boundaries through Hill slicing devices, integrates many functions, and realizes the function transformation through time-sharing management.
