    "SHINKAN TENBO" is a magazine published by a Japanese publisher that features newly released books.
    I drew the cover of this magazine every month. There is one theme that I always decide on when I draw the cover. The theme was to draw a cover based on an old story or legend from around the world.
    Since this is a magazine that introduces books, I decided to draw covers based on folktales and legends from around the world.
    I hope that the covers of the folktales and legends that my mother read to me when I was a child will inspire people to pick up the magazine.

    Hi, I'm NishikotoroBlue.
    NishikotoroBlue is a one-man company that creates unique patterns, bags, and illustrations using a combination of bright colors, patterns, flora and fauna, and things related to Japan that no one has ever seen before.
    I also draws monthly magazine covers for a publishing company for three years, and designs stationery. My patterns and fabrics are sold in stores in the US and other countries.

    My aim is to make people all over the world smile with my patterns and illustrations, and to let people know more about the beautiful culture of Japan.
