THE BOOKS OF MEMORY

THE MAIN TOPIC OF MY WORK IS NATURE, COULD BE THE ANIMAL OR VEGETABLE WORLD, A STRONG WORLD AND AT THE SAME TIME SO VULNERABLE, "THE BOOKS OF MEMORY IS AN INTERACTIVE DIGITAL BOOK, THAT LINK A COMPILATION OF ARTIST BOOKS DRAWN IN AN ANALOGUE WAY (MIXED TECHNIQUES ON PAPER) WITH A VERY SIMPLE ANIMATIONS AND SOUNDS.THROUGH THE INTERACCION OF THE OBSERVER. THE EXPANDED DRAWING (EXPERIMENTAL) IS MY MAIN TOOL FOR REGISTRATION OR ANATOMY OF THE DIFFERENT SHAPES OR PHENOMENA OF THE NATURE, OF WHAT I PERCEIVE BUT I CAN NOT VERBALLY DESCRIBE. AND EACH OBSERVER WILL TAKE TO A DIFERENT PLACE.

Patricia Henríquez visual multidisciplinary artist. Her experimental animated short films have been screened at festivals, museums and cultural institutions at America, Europe and Asia. She has exhibited individually in museums and cultural institutions in Mexico and cultural institutions in Spain,China and USA and Canada. She has participated in over 90 collective exhibitions and biennial in museums in Mexico, Dominican Republic and in cultural institutions in China, Germany, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, USA, Bolivia and Bulgaria and Puerto Rico.
