I explore the Light and the Line through photo-based mixed media artworks. The inspiration came from Lascaux Cave paintings and László Moholy-Nagy's Photogram. In my view, the Light in photography and the Line in the drawing are consistent, and they can convert themselves into one another. The light in photography can be represented in the form of an abstract line. The concept related to my understanding of classic Chinese philosophical notions: Relativity and Changes. My aesthetic directions have been inspired by Western art, Chinese ink painting, and Middle Asia art.
