    In response to changing societal dynamics post-Covid-19, our sustainable design at Ledbury Estate, London, called 'Transition · Transition,' offers flexible housing, workspaces, and shared amenities. It promotes interconnected and interchangeable living, eliminating traditional corridors and fostering room-to-room communication. The innovative Poche structure accommodates service spaces and defines the room layout, creating an octagonal circulation space, symbolizing a transition from isolation to connection.
