    WAAG Woensel-West is a milestone in the redevelopment of Eindhoven’s Woensel-West neighborhood. Once designated as a disadvantaged neighborhood, it is now considered an attractive neighborhood. WAAG is an iconic building that uplifts the pride of the area. Its outstanding design, colors and materials reflect the diversity of the area, where half the residents have an immigrant background. Next to the 28 social units with collective roofgarden, it houses a neighborhood center which opens up to the square. The double high windows show the diversity of dwelling typologies.
