    The Mayor Mohammad Hanif Jam-e-Mosque is situated within the historical Mughal neighborhood. The objective was to revive the legacy of the 400-year-old architectural typology of Mughal Mosques by constructing a “Shaan” that connects the two realms and offers a place of reverence that transcends time and space for spiritual uplift and communal harmony. With the oldest Azimpur graveyard located to the north and the bustling Azimpur main road to the south, the notion was to establish a threshold space between the terrestrial chaos and the celestial silence.
