    The design is based on the principles of green sustainability and, considering the building's characteristics, uses a comprehensive approach to achieve low-carbon energy efficiency. Specific implementations include components to reduce solar radiation, multi-angled ventilation shafts, green courtyards for ventilation and temperature regulation, natural lighting to reduce artificial lighting energy consumption, the integration of rest areas with architectural elements and the natural environment, and the use of eco-friendly materials such as plain concrete.
