    Spacious layout, connection to the north European esthetics & durable materials were requirements for an understated character of this property. Architects decided to split the functions across partially merged volumes, shaped in an archetypical form of a simple houses. Use of hand-formed brick in greyish tones & cladding made of thermo ash, refers to durability and identifies the building as rooted to the north European characteristics. Well-lit interiors with wide, pale flooring planks, wooden ceilings & structural surfaces, boasting views over nearby forests, create a specific nordic flair.
