    Senior Home Interwoven in the City - The Nibankan (phase 2 building) is located at the end of a lush green and quiet streetscape facing the Ichibankan (phase 1), which was completed the year before. Elderly care homes traditionally tend to be closed off from the surrounding city. Nevertheless, we propose a new type of senior residence where Seniors can maintain contact with the locality while living comfortably until the end of their lives. Aging in place within the city, we aim to preserve the dignity necessary for human beings to thrive, even in the later stages of life.
