Light House
Inspired by Italian family life, this home overlooks Australia's oldest lighthouse and features a neutral palette layered with classicism. However, modernity is weaved in, as seen in the open plan entertaining area. Moving through the home is a sensory journey. On arrival owners are embraced by creamy Venetian plaster curves in a double-height space, presided over by a cloud-like chandelier. After crossing the checkerboard marble floor they're met by symmetrical marble portals to the formal dining and cigar rooms. Finally they come into the light of the relaxed, open plan living space.
