    This is a renovation project of a 23-year-old, 9-story office building. We focused not only on improving the functionality of the building, but also on expressing the unique characteristics of the area in the renovated space. The new multi-purpose space on the rooftop encourages spontaneous interactions and encounters. While the entrance area with the use of cable ladders for equipment wiring, which are not conventionally used as finishes, and the vividly colored façade enhances the visibility of the building, transforming it into a new symbolic icon. This will create new value to the area.
