    The famous artist Kandinsky in his book “On the Spiritual in Art” said that the use of natural (recognizable) objects in a picture makes a person receptive to the plot, but little susceptible to the pure effect of paints. The series of photographs “Border” is a combination of photography with the expressionist style of non-objective painting and color field painting. When color becomes the main character, and real objects do not distract the viewer’s attention from the impact of color. The border separates and connects two worlds - the real world, documented by a camera, and the world of art.
