    Studio 804, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c) 3 corporation whose participants are students at the University of Kansas’s School of Architecture and Design. The goal each year is to provide students with an experience encompassing all aspects of design and construction process from working with zoning officials to driving nails. The work focuses on the future of sustainable design and how new technologies can be combined with passive strategies and the responsible use of resources to create the type of net-zero buildings necessary. This house is certified LEED Platinum, the highest obtainable.
