    BALLNCHAIN transforms a symbol of confinement into a soft, crocheted form, blending strength and vulnerability. By using yarn - a medium associated with domesticity and care - to represent something typically harsh, the work questions what binds us, both socially and personally. The contrast between the material and object invites viewers to reflect on the invisible burdens they carry and how they participate in their own limitations. Through this piece, I explore the complex relationship between captivity, identity, and the power of creation.
