Located on an unconventional plot in São Paulo, this building integrates urban life with thoughtful design. A leftover strip of land became a small urban plaza, adding green space for public use. The ground floor prioritizes openness, featuring a welcoming garden extending to the sidewalk. Near Ibirapuera Park, the design maximizes views by alternating floor plans. Apartments, one per floor, are organized into three vertical volumes: bedrooms in a solid concrete block, social areas in a transparent section, and central kitchens separating them. Double-height ceilings enhance the living spaces.
