    Montauk Maple, set in Montauk’s hills, is designed to balance privacy and resilience. Clad in Kebony battens, it withstands harsh ocean winds, framing water views while ensuring privacy from nearby roads. The house’s three masses integrate with the sloping terrain, minimizing its carbon footprint. Levels seem to float with a palette of hardwood, ceramics, concrete, and glass. Setback windows offer shade and privacy, while a balcony, infinity pool, and green roof create a seamless connection to the Atlantic and surrounding landscape.
