This project is a small house for a family of three, designed on a narrow site measuring 3.6m in width and 15m in depth. Due to setback regulations, the effective width is limited to 2.6 meters. The LDK is placed on the second floor to maximize sunlight and privacy, while a courtyard with a wooden deck and green walls provides a private outdoor space. The design incorporates a continuous frame that unifies the facade and secures privacy. Indirect lighting and textured walls create a rich, sculptural atmosphere, expanding the interior feel despite strict building regulations.
