    A condominium development where the height difference between the residential site and the road exceeds 2 meters. While many developments use retaining walls within limited sites to eliminate differences in height in cities, this has created a space where the public and private areas of each unit have been separated by overlapping the lines of daily flow.In order to eliminate the feeling of confinement caused by walls due to differences in elevation, the landing is made the center of the open space, making it recognizable from the surrounding area and designed as a symbol of the town.
