    The Essence

    My latest collection of acrylic paintings, ‘The Essence,’ illustrates humanity through the lens of abstraction, using the human face as its foundational element. Guided by one of my poems, ‘We are all light. We are all shadow. We are all colour. We are all rainbow’, this collection transcends skin and flesh to explore the profound interconnectedness and oneness of the whole universe. I chose acrylics for this series for their versatility and vibrancy. The medium allows me to layer textures and colours, representing the complexity of human emotion and experience.
