    This group of paintings is constructed using letterforms from the Latin Alphabet. Each composition begins with the title of the piece, which may be a sentiment, or a concept, or a beloved quote. The composition of these letterforms within the words of their title creates their own abstracted visual symphony, a hieroglyph of this title. These paintings seek to transform the essence of the letterforms and the words that they construct in a manner that celebrates their pure form and the communication they offer; rhythm, balance, atmosphere, connection, concept, reflection.     Adam McCauley is a San Francisco based artist, illustrator, professor and musician who has been creating art for clients nationally and worldwide since 1988 for editorial, publishing, institutional and advertising based clients. He has served as the Advocacy Advisor and Chair for ICON The Illustration Conferences 9 Austin, 10 Detroit and 11 Kansas City.
