Alien or not

This project explores cultural deconstruction through AI and photography. Inspired by an abandoned amusement park in Chongqing, China—a blend of global symbols reinterpreted through local perspectives—I recreated its surreal landscape using AI and 3D technology. The process mirrored Asian philosophies of transformation, where nothing is unique but ever-evolving. Combining these AI-generated backgrounds with fashion portraits of Shuai, a Chongqing-born artist, I aimed to reveal the transcendence within reality, navigating the tension between control and unpredictability in AI's creative process

Bio
I am a photographer with a diverse journey through fashion photography, including art direction, fashion design, styling, set design, and trend prediction. My exploration connects realms like psychology, alchemy, archetypes, myths, symbolism, body language, somatics, and improvisation. I later discovered the works of Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung, Rudolf Laban, and Moshe Feldenkrais—profound influences on my creative path. The constant evolution of self-image, a fluid process, resides deeply within the ocean of our collective subconscious.
